Travel Purpose: business

Positive: A new building that delivers what the pictures promise. Very clean, everything is modern, very silent AC, good and stable Internet.

Negative: You might always need the AC (or at least the fan), because the room ventilation needs this. If you keep the door open, there might be mosquitoes (but I did not try out to keep it open too long, in general there were no mosquitoes, at least not during my stay in November 2025).

Summary: Nice place, clean with friendly staff
