This property has 1 queen size bed and attached private bathroom.
Has air-conditioning and fan, TV with limited satellite channels and mini fridge also in-room safe.
Bathroom has water heater and standing shower.
Has to climb stairs, it is quite steep. so not suitable for children or elderly people. Have 4 tree houses sharing main staircase.
Cleaner on duty from 9am-9pm and in-house technicians working from 9am-1pm daily. We will try to solve any cleanliness or electrical problem immediately.
***Please note that Langkawi is tropical climate and this listing is near beach, so guests can expect naturality of it during your stay such as:
I) Windy, raining and sometimes strong wind but most of time it will be sunny days :)
2) Small creatures like birds, squirrels, lizards & crabs. They are not many, you might see only one or two of them or not see them at all. I mention it to make guest aware their existence and no surprise during stay. These creatures do not bring harm to human.
***Security deposit of RM100 will be collected when you check in and return if no accidental damage.
***Beginning 1 July 2016, as directed by Langkawi Municipal Council, a local government tourism promotion fee RM11 per room per night will be applicable to all foreign guests. This tax will be collected during your check in.
