Positive: We love the friendly staff and the great service of Trans Hotel and the breakfast was nice. The Yellow Rice ( nasi kuning) with a lot of Sambal options was my favourite. The kids club is nice and the staff are amazing they looked after my son and I can hang out on the rooftop bar while they were playing. We love it that the Hotel as well connected to the Cibubur Trans Mall.

Negative: The children pool was being repaired when we came, sad but it was for good regarding the safety for children so very understandable.
