Summary: Clean room. But definitely outdated. Not what I expected for St Regis standards. Sockets fell out of the wall, safe in room wasn’t working, fixtures were installed slanted and there wasn’t much attention to detail. I left feeling wanting more. Best thing about staying here was definitely the bar. Visited on all nights we stayed here. Amazing live music. However, Toilets at the bar were in a horrible state by the end of the night and you could tell it wasn’t cleaned all night. Good variety of food at breakfast but overcrowded. Felt less like a luxury hotel and more like a business hotel.
