Positive: We had an amazing stay with this wonderful family running Tara Fudins Guest House. They didn´t speak english but we could someway make ourselves understood most of the time. When we asked Martin (the owner) about directions to go explore some caves on the island he fetched his daughter Wilmina as well as his machete - and off we all went into the jungle for a cave exploration trip. Martin also took us to one of the best Manta snorkeling experiences in his boat. The rooms are a bit rustic but really, they have what you need - a comfy bed. They are situated on a gorgeous beach and it is a five minute walk into the small village on the island.

Negative: Sometimes the breakfast was pretty small but all in all we never felt like we had to go hungry
