Positive: 1. good air condition 2. comfy bed & blanket 3. clean shower 4. nice lightning (3 option of lamps) 5. both receptionist are good

Negative: 1. lot of dogs will bark & chase you at night, not safe for stranger especially when you want to walking nearby. 2. unfunctional water dispenser & water heater 3. need to clean the room from dust 4. sink can't be use 5. location is not strategic, far from city center.

Summary: good deal if you plan to stay for a night to sleep, not spending whole day in room.
