Summary: I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the excellent service provided during our recent stay. Due to an urgent request, I called at night to arrange some decorations for my mum’s 90th birthday. She has been a frequent guest and has celebrated her birthday at this hotel every year, and once again the team made it special. We had a small celeration at the business lounge too. A big thank you to Mr Fikri, who handled my request with great care and efficiency. I would also like to commend Mr. Vasu from the front desk for being extremely helpful and attentive throughout our stay. Thumbs up. We were pleasantly surprised and grateful to be upgraded to a suite room. This hotel has truly become a second home to us, as we have been staying here since 2010, back in the Boulevard Hotel days. Highly recommended — I will definitely encourage my friends to stay here as well.
