Located 30 minutes from Bali Ngurah Rai International Airport in the heart of Bali's Luxury Resorts such as The Bvlgari and Alila Uluwatu, Sunset Paradise sits atop of a terraced hill overlooking the Bay of Jimbaran. As you drive down our private 1 mile country road, you will experience the feeling of being truly in a world of your own surrounded by nature.
We are 15 minutes drive from excellent Thai, Italian, French restaurants. The famous Jimbaran beach seafood restaurants are less than 20 minutes away.

"We absolutely enjoyed everything about our stay from the easy airport pickup, the warm welcome in the middle of the night, the groceries stocked on request, wake up breakfast, helpful staff. The house is off the beaten track, but peaceful and as luxurious and as pictured. We arranged for the staff to prepare us some delicious Indonesian breakfasts and one dinner which were fantastic. The layout of the home, with all-suite bedrooms and two bedrooms "downstairs" and somewhat separate, made it perfect for a two family vacation. We can cater for delicious dinner parties – from Poolside Barbecues to lavish Mediterranean-inspired fine dining and of course delicious home-made Balinese cuisine. A private chef is available for hire to prepare your meals or a personalised cooking lesson from USD 50 (advance booking is required).
IN-VILLA MASSAGES BY EXPERT THERAPISTS:
Your concierge will organise everything for you so that you can relax and re-energize yourself with IN-VILLA TRADITIONAL BALINESE MASSAGES at the rate of USD 15 per hour.
GOLF OR SURF LESSONS:
Your concierge will arrange for SURF LESSONS or an early morning TEE OFF at the NEW KUTA GOLF, the island's most challenging 18-HOLE COURSE LOCATED LESS THAN FIVE MINUTES FROM THE VILLA.

The kitchen is fully equipped and there's also a BBQ (upon request). Ask our staff on how to buy some fresh seafood and produce every morning from the traditional market, closest one is located in Jimbaran!
Our team will be there to welcome you and are always at hand to share tips about our neighbourhood: where and when to see the village traditional dance troupe rehearse away from the gaze of tourists, our favourite restaurants & bars, and some of the lesser known surfing waves...
It combines proximity to the ocean and the hills with a gorgeous rural setting. Think of waking up to the sound of chirping birds, and yes the occasional monkeys jumping from one tree to another.
We offer a free minivan service for up to 5 hours per day, including a driver and fuel. The minivan can seat up to 7 people. If you need the minivan for longer than 5 hours, there will be a small charge of USD 7 per hour. Please note that this offer may not be valid for special prices.
If you prefer to travel on your own, we also have motorbike rentals available starting at USD 7 per day. However, please keep in mind that Bali's roads can be challenging, so this option may not be suitable for everyone.
