Travel Purpose: business

Positive: The beds were very comfortable, and the accommodation is in a quiet and safe area of Batu within a gated community. The hot water in the shower had good pressure. Filtered water was available for free for the guests. There is also a fridge for guests to use. The management team are within the complex, close by, and are always willing to help, like changing towels or providing more drinking water.

Negative: The pillows were way too high. Luckily, you could unzip the covers and take some of the stuffing out to make them more comfortable. The kitchen is not very functional, with insufficient cutlery, crockery, knives, or a cutting board. Management, however, bought us some extra pots when we asked as the only one that was there was old, dirty and in a very bad condition. I also think that some tea towels and a sponge to keep the area clean would be helpful. Rubbish bins and the common area could also be cleaned more frequently. The bathroom was clean, but as usual in many parts of Asia, the drain gets blocked or is very slow, due to very bad plumbing.
