Positive: Pertama dapat di lantai 2, ternyata koridor dan kamarnya bau rokok, mungkin memang untuk smoking room. Ketika kembali ke recepcionist, dengan cepat staff mencarikan kamar lain di lt 6 yang bersih dan bebas bau rokok. Terima kasih Novotel. Lokasi yang strategis dekat kemana-mana dan pelayanan yang baik membawa kami tetap menginap di sini ketika di solo
