Positive: Convenient, near terminal , friendly service.

Negative: The promo price was good. I booked 2 rooms for 3 adults but later my son chose to join me so become 4 person and i was charged xtra 100,000 plus another 100,000 for early chekin @ 12:00pm. Where my stay at fave hotel batam with early checkin with no charges and standard rooms normally accommodate 2 adults with no xtra charges. Fyi I frequent your hotel whenever I travel to tg pinang.
