Positive: The resort was exceptional. Only 20 minutes away from the airport and the facilities were clean and well built. We stayed for 3 nights and booked the Deluxe Spa room with pool access for 2 adults and 2 kids under 5. Whilst it shared pool with a couple of other rooms never during the stay did I have any one else use it the same time as I did. It has a beautiful beach and multiple other pools for the guests. The resort had a free shuttle service to the Bali Collection which had a good mix of restaurants, spa places and local shops for a change of scenery. We also got a complimentary family photoshoot as part of our booking which made the whole trip extremely memorable. Highly recommended.

Negative: Absolutely everything was perfect about this property. Cannot find a fault.
