Positive: Beautiful grounds, you can tell they really took their time in the layout of the retreat. Very picturesque! Staff were amazing, always positive and ready to help with timely service. Staff members like Rocky, Ali, all the young women working the bar/front of the house and kitchen were top notch. I booked a beach horse ride session and checked out their other property Sapphire for lunch, worth visiting for sure. The Retreat shuttle will drop you off and pick you up which is very convenient. Watching security doing their rounds added that extra layer of reassurance especially during the poor weather. Thank you again Iwan and everyone for welcoming me to this beautiful resort

Negative: I would mention when booking the bungalow with beach view , I requested a small chair and desk (which I received promptly) as there is no where to sit inside. (In January there was a lot of rain, so taking advantage of the things Karina offered were not available, no yoga classes, no snorkling, no massages in house). There’s no where to hang clothes inside as well. A small bar fridge would be helpful to keep drinks cool in the bungalow
