Positive: The hotel rooms are very nice and clean.locetion in central bukit bintang, the staff at the hotel are very friendly and helpful always tolk friendly, Especially Moinul of night shift, and Shanto of day shift. they are very polite and very flexible. I have stayed in the hotel once before and stayed again yesterday because the environment here is so good I like to stay here...thanks i villa hotel staff
