The villa is very calm and relaxing even the trendy restaurants, nightclubs, beach clubs, bars are a short drive away. Easy to reach by online taxi. Some local and international restaurants, mini markets (Circle K, Indomart, Alfamart) are available by walk.
Don't forget to try Indonesian foods in some warung/restaurants on the beach which also will give you live music/DJ on weekends.

THE VILLA
3-bedrooms each with ensuite bathroom.
Wifi is available throughout the villa.
The living area can be completely opened and completely closed. There is an AC in the living area to freshen up during the heat of the tropical island and comfortably (avoid strong windy rain) during the monsoon.

AN EXTRA BED
We provide an extra single bed (90cm x 200cm), for the seventh guest (adding charge), which will be calculated automatically when you submit to book the villa. Please put your total booking number as 7 guests when you book the villa so we can prepare it for you.
Please kindly note that we won't put the extra bed if your booking confirmation shows 6 guests or less than 6.
We'll put this extra single bed in the master bedroom. However, please note that this can slightly narrow the bedroom’s size.

YOUR COZY HOME IN PARADISE
The first thing our guests say when they arrive in our villa? It's so cozy. It feels at home!
So yeah! Let the holiday begin from our villa!
Our villa is a beautiful short-term rental, very well maintained, in the Seminyak area, between the Seminyak and Canggu areas in Bali. It is about a 5-minute drive to Batu Belig Beach and Berawa Beach. Seminyak Beach is only 10 minutes away. The local and international restaurants (lunch and dinner), the salon, the local traditional store, and the laundry shop are within walking distance.
The villa features fun entertainment that has a 55-inch television that overlooks the pool, a cozy tastefully designed tropical living and dining taste and a fully equipped kitchen that can be closed with an AC or fully open, your choices.
The swimming pool is very well maintained (the pool water filter runs two times a day for about 10-12 hours per day), and the pool guy comes 2 times per week. Perfect to swim on a hot day in Bali, freshen up and fun holiday. The pool deck is full of sun, perfect for sunbathing during your Bali holiday.
BEDROOM AND BATHROOM
Enclosed and air-conditioned bedrooms and ensuite semi-open bathrooms, well protected to make sure of comfort and absolute privacy.
The master bedroom has a television, study table, air conditioner, private bathroom (shower, bathtub, hot and cold shower). Meanwhile, for the second and third bedrooms are air conditioning, study table, private bathroom (shower, hot and cold water).
LIVING and DINING AREA
The tropical open and closed living area allows you to enjoy the feeling of living in a tropical home. The living area (living, dining and kitchen) can be opened and closed with an AC to freshen up during the heat of the tropical island and comfortably during the monsoon (extremely heavy rainy season). It can seat up to 10 people, and the dining area has seating for up to 7 people.
KITCHEN (Fully Equipped)
Refrigerator, freezer, microwave, rice cooker, coffee maker, blender, toaster, oven, mixer, stove, electric kettle, kitchenware, and dinnerware.
ENTERTAINMENT
In the living area, it has a 55 inch flat-screen smart TV (connect to Netflix with your own account) overlooking the pool in the living area.

IMPORTANT NOTE:
The check-in between 21:00 PM - 03:00 AM (midnight time) is obliged to use our trusted freelance driver service (added charge) because he knows exactly where the villa located and might be he is the person who will open the villa's door for you.

TRANSPORTATION
Pick-up Airport price:
IDR250,000 per car (before 21:00 PM).
IDR300,000 per car (between 21:00 PM - 03:00 AM) midnight time.
The car is Toyota Avanza (similar) is enough for up to 4 guests + luggage.
If you are more than 4 guests + big luggage, you'll probably need 2 cars (depending on how many or the size of your luggage, the total of people, etc).
The pick-up price is only for pick-up from the airport to the villa direct.
Do not include the added charge if you go somewhere else first (restaurant, shopping malls, etc) before doing the check-in at the villa.
- Drop off (villa to the airport) IDR 200,000 per car (Toyota Avanza/similar).
- Pick-up/drop-off from your previous hotel/villa/house (surcharge).
- Motorbike/scooter (100 cc - 125cc) rental IDR 90k-100k/day/scooter (depend on the year, condition, type, cc, etc).
- Tours/excursions, the price is +/- IDR 650,000 per car including a car, driver and gasoline (negotiable) depending on how many places you'll visit, how long, how far, etc.

We don't provide breakfast but our cleaning staff can help prepare a simple Indonesian breakfast at your own cost (your own groceries) such as: Nasi Goreng, Mie Goreng or pancake (home-style). Adding charge IDR150,000 per preparation of breakfast (do not include the groceries).
LAUNDRY
The laundry service is close by, a couple minutes walk and very cheap. So, you just need to hand them your dirty laundry and it’ll be washed and ironed as per your requirements (per kg or per pieces and for how long).
MASSAGE & CHEF IN THE VILLA
We can give you our recommendation numbers for the professional massage lady and chef in the villa after there is booking confirmation. You can ask them directly how much their services prices, menu, availability, etc.
