Positive: Amazing place, idilic. We were there for Christmas and it was delightful. Personal was amazing, so nice and helpful.

Negative: Pool's filter was not working. It was green and they said it was because of a storm but didn't change color in our 3 days. We could not use it Room's air conditioner was not properly working. High room was really hot. The other 2 were ok.

Summary: Amazing place with some deficiencies
